Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS
  • All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.
  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.
  • There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without an RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, and items returned past the 5 day grace period.
  • We will not accept any items being returned after 14 days from the date received.
  • For full store credit, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.
  • For non-damaged goods, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for the merchandise.


DAMAGES
  • All goods should be inspected as soon after package is received.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise in writing through email stating the reasons of return.
  • Please email info@millioncolorslabel.com with details regarding the damage including reason for return and image of the damage/defect. We will issue a call tag to return the merchandise back to our facility.
  • There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without an RA, refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period.


EXCHANGES
  • All items being exchanged must be in its original condition with original packaging.
  • Exchange for a lower priced item, a merchandise credit will be issued to the account.
  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.


CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Order cancellations must be requested by written form to info@millioncolorslabel.com
  • All sale items are final.
